The Time Is At Hand
Challenge 2006-2007
This challenge would evolve because I would be stopped four or five times late at night basically because it was the time people were leaving the bars. The police were in search of alcohol drinkers. They will use fictitious reasons in hopes of catching a D.U.I. on the road (driving under the influence).
It was time for challenging the law because of what I learned through these stops.
One night a summit county deputy would follow me out Arlington Street in Summit County Ohio to Rt 619 where I made a left turn to head for home.
I knew he was behind from the beginning of his pursuit so I purposely watched the speed of my vehicle so it was in accordance with the speed limits.
When he pulled me over he implied I was speeding. I did not have my wallet or personal identification on me. This alone he could have questioned my identity. He said I was doing 60mph in 45 mph zone which is quite excessive.
When he went to his cruiser to check my information, he returned quickly saying “just because you were speeding doesn’t mean I have to give you a ticket and let me go.
Another night I was driving along Canton Rd in Springfield Township, Ohio about 3:00am. This guy would follow me for quite a ways pacing me from behind. When he finally decides to pull me over he turns on bright lights blinding me. When I pulled over I had to throw a cloth I had on the seat on my mirror to help deaden his irritating lights. I was not happy about their use.
A young Lakemore police officer would come to address me. He said I was weaving which I wasn’t and I complained about the irritating lights in not a very pleasant manner.
When he checked out my plates since once again I did not have my wallet, he said” I heard about you, you’re the guy from Hartville, the other cops told me about you.” I corrected him in the fact I was from Uniontown. Hartville is the next town east of Uniontown.
I happened to have some literature in the truck which I gave him and he told me how I talked to him he would have given anyone else a ticket. We shook hands and I drove home.
And on it went so I realized it was time to draw the line against our unjust judicial system.
The only reason I am in the situation I am in is because they can’t give me a fair judge.
Playing out the system, from writing Warren Burger for help in getting a fair forum to defending my initial civil rights cases has allowed me to unravel the tainting of our ideal.
Many of the “judges” I have dealt with in the past have elevated to the appellate level or higher. They are the same criminals I have dealt with in the past. To challenge in their realm is futile. The internet is the vehicle to put America the lie on trial. Our enemies are not from outside. Our enemies are ourselves. We are in a bad pattern but we have the Constitutional rule to correct and reverse our unbalanced view of ourselves.
Almost everything done in court today is a lie. It gives advantage to those with money and/or power.
Plea bargaining is a lie. It’s about the presumption of guilt. You seek justice you don’t bargain for it. Because of the abuse of the power of the state (which is our power), out of fear of reprisal, we conform. They herd people through the courts with little awareness of how cruel their selfish punishments are. You cannot be a proper judge without getting a feel for a circumstance.
Punishment is good when it produces a good end result.
When I recently talked to a supposedly good attorney, I mentioned plea bargaining is unconstitutional. He said “but the dockets are so full”. The dockets are full because we have no justice. When people are dictated to unjustly they defy which causes the dockets to fill.
As long as there are those above the rules and those persecuted by the rules unjustly, rebellion will occur.
Another great injustice in the system is the privatization of jails and prisons. This is a conflict of interest because profit is involved. You can’t worship two Gods. When the material mind is involved the spiritual mind is blinded. If they have to pay their bills they will keep you as a prisoner. It is the governments’ job to separate an individual from the mass if that individual’s behavior is a threat to the general well being. A warped disposition is created by bad social rule. They are a product of injustice. To treat a person in a cruel manner only fuels their sense of anti social behavior. Crime and punishment does not work unless that punishment is in a just humane manner.
If someone feels an injustice in their soul and they can’t find a relief, it will swirl around till it overpowers their sensibility.
We presently have so much injustice in our world that it is impossible to maintain any level of human happiness.
The distance between the haves and have nots creates a danger for those that have. Confucius wrote of this being true during his lifetime. The French Revolution was a result of this treatment by the leadership of the times.
Revolt and revolution has always grown out of such circumstance. I can see our misguided nation heading for destruction.
All this has grown from a tainted justice system. I have been ordered out of a federal building by Federal Marshalls because I was trying to defend our civil rights. If they can’t answer to fair questions, because they are not fair, they resort with threats of brutality or arrest if you don’t comply.
Attorneys and legislators, because of special interest, have nullified many workers rights that many sacrificed many hardships to secure. This takes away form the feeling of security which impede our life, liberty and happiness.
Job security is a thing of the past. Pension plans are being unjustly nullified by greedy corporate lawyers. When I buy a used car, I am buying asset and liability the same as when a business is purchased. People’s life, liberty and security have been robbed from them in their elderly years. A pension was an agreement, a contract. It is a part of the business’ responsibility. To strip people’s pensions is evil and heartless and un-American.
The petty laws unjustly applied today are eroding the common base of society. A society in which the common person is its foundation. This is happening because everyone folds to the will of the few.
This is why I purposely would get a ticket which has lead me almost two years later still physically imprisoned with no mobility with no true income while having everything around me inflating in cost. My work and mobility have been stripped away from me in the name of the law. I am one of the many who are drowning. My reward for my sacrifices for this effort looks bleak but I am confident through sound reason we will reform. When we follow pimps and whores on a material quest of reality we will end up lost and confused. It is the spiritual bond that endures and leads us to interdependence and love. This is what led me to this challenge.
