The other day you came to me with a deal of reducing my penalty to one year’s probation. That’s the job of the prosecutor to offer me that deal not the judge. Then you tell me that I should turn the handling of this case over to you that it’s now winnable. I told you I could not loose this case so why would I want or trust you to speak for me? You even doubted my sanity over wanting to apply my constitutional rights. Upon investigation from facts coming from me you suddenly want me to let you in charge when I assured you I already was. I bet you know that Richard Reinbolt already ran from me over the Hanna Hill murder case and because of that he has lost his credibility as an unbiased mediator already giving me grounds for appeal. Do you realize that Harvard College was founded in 1636 was established by Reverend John Harvard who contributed his land and private library to establish a Christian college in America. It was the principle education-training center for ministers and missionaries as well as school teachers. Judaul Christian law or biblical law stems from Harvard, Yale and Princeton. In other words our top law school promoted the use of truth. You are still saying what Richard Reinbolt might do for me but I have you all on the ropes. No “judge” wants me in front of a jury because I would expose them with their own lies. You are all on trial, not me. You are on trial in front of the world eye. I am offering you all a way out of your dictatorial trap because if we continue on our present course of abusing public trust we will end up in revolt. I’m offering reform. I’m offering compassion and forgiveness where as revolutionaries will want your lives. I’m trying to give you forgiveness and salvation and you keep trying to dig your trap of deceit deeper. In the recent movie Gladiator, Quintus and Maximus the two generals of Rome are in front of a disoriented Germonic Army and Quintus says to Maximus, “why don’t people know when they are defeated?” Maximus says,”would you Quintus? would I?” realize that you are all defeated. Barry, you said Reinbold was a fair “judge”. First of all you are all pathological liars. Because of the inhumane medical treatment at the county jail for a month I have suffered an inflamed knee. Everyday at one time or another it has hurt me. My stay has allowed me to psychologically over power the guards. I let them know right off that they were Nazi’s to choke their chain and then I pardoned them saying I realize they have a wife and a dog to support. Word gets around. When they see me they turn red faced because my presence affects their psyche. The other day a friend called up because my friends were concerned about my well being. I hadn’t called out and they were concerned. The personnel at the phone knew me by name, assured them I was well and knew about my condition. When I was transported to court on the 27th they treated me with utmost courtesy and concern. They all turn red faced and uncomfortable in my presence. Richard had no problem wasting my time court was cancelled that day. Now when I mentioned talking to him of a medical condition caused by my incarceration. You tell me that I have to meet his schedule. I am the public. He is supposed to be serving me. You did make some concessions on his behalf but what is with that? How can you speak for him unless you serve him and he allows certain latitudes? Your behavior gives you all away. You tell me to trust him and his fairness but he remembers me and the Hannah Hill incident. You all lie for your profession. You said the prosecutor would not release this case but Richard over powers his position and it is not the other way around. Pollus shut the doors to the public on me. You are all still trying to save face. Believe me; I will ride this matter out. I warned you all of the power of my position and to drop my case but your ignorance and arrogance blinded you from the reality of your demeaning positions. I’ll be there Monday, but not to kiss ass with your fools. I’ll stand and I eye him face to face if he wants to place his honorable bullshit on me. A jury is what I want. Public attention is what I’m after. In your closets of deceit your big men but in the light of day you’re all just a bunch of deceitful heartless power mongers abusing the public trust. Fear is your weapon. My weapon is reason and justice. You’re defeated. As a taxpayer you all work for me, the public. This is where you get your power. Now what makes you all think I will bow to your lies when time and again over the years I have proven my strength? Lies and abuse of power is your ungodly method of control. I have no fear of any of you. The most you can do is kill me but my spirit will live on to overpower you. Give it up. Stop making idiots out of yourselves. What are you going to do to me? More jail time? In front of a jury you will make asses out of yourselves in front of the public. You’re running scared as I can tell by your actions. I am like no one else you have ever dealt with and you are afraid to admit you have to change, but that is the reality of this action. I am your boss, you are not. Grow up and get real. What you are going to allow? Abuse me but don’t forget the game is over you stupid lying abusers of the public trust!
