Exhibit BThe unconstitutionality of domestic violence laws. Since “judges” don’t have the courage to correct evil, the responsibility is mine. With the brutal murder of Nicole Simpson, which I could have prosecuted and won through common sense. Men of ignorance have passed laws totally disruptive to the general welfare. First, I realized O.J. Simpson murdered his wife from the beginning. The brutality of the murder indicated a total crime of passion. A hit or drug related murder would have been as quick and clean as possible with no witnesses around to expand the crime. Secondly, a man would not write a suicide note to his cronies about how accepted they made him feel. A person attached to another emotionally even with offenses to one another would be totally distraught by the loss of their presence in this world. The suicide would be attached to the spiritual loss of that person. The escape would be to try to attach in the other world or to end the pain from the disconnection. I drew the defense team as three stick people. Hear no evil, speak no evil and see no evil. I said Johnny Cochran would have the nicest looking girls on the street. Attorneys are all pimps no matter in what package they come. Johnny was the only one who could play the black card. I said we have reached a level of equality where a rich affluent black man stands on the same equal footing as a rich affluent white man. It is all about money, not truth and justice. Today, domestic violence laws are criminal in nature. First, all laws have degrees. Webster (the dictionary writer) says hollering is violent. Something falling and impacting can make a loud noise but it cannot harm you. If it falls on you, it can bring brutal harm. To throw or break can be a warning of hurt feelings but it does not cause physical harm. A slamp of disgust can hurt. No one likes being hit but that is usually just a shock. A shock out of disgust but not life threatening. A brutal beating is a very severe act and can lead to long term physical impairment and usually comes from a long term pattern of learned brutality. The person using this method of control was controlled by this method. To cure this pattern it takes love, compassion and understanding to heal the wounds of the soul. Then there is the issue of what the other person did to ignite this pattern of behavior? Finally the issue is was the accusations actually true about any of the above. Policing such actions of civil unrest. Society today says we are not allowed to self defend which is a natural response in a brutal world. Secondly, the police can use force in any degree and it is justifiable. Because some one passes some test and puts on a uniform, they suddenly are capable of resolving social unrest. This is completely ignorant. It takes human compassion to police properly. Finally, if our governing body see’s fit, we can go to war with other nations and suddenly the above reasons for punishment are erased until we are asked to fold back into the realm of ordinary citizen. This is all full of hypocrisy and since I see and map it out, I am the only one equipped to interpret the law. Once again I am right and you are all wrong. This does not make me more important than you, only wiser. Wisdom is what rules in a truly democratic society. I am king of this game because I understand the rules. In the end, you will fold and I will forgive because I am no more important, just wiser.
