Exhibit CEdward “Tom” Kiss Line of Defense – Case # O6CRA41O8 I have a right, by we the people to establish justice. My client has a right by the 6th Amendment to council for his defense. It doesn’t say anything about an attorney. This is a land founded on establishing the best for all. This is not an elitist ideal, but from the time the foot soldier Ok’d it, holding his bible in hand, men of prominence, position and power have tainted this ideal for their own selfish interest. Today, mainly arrogant despots rule. I came to the ideal through the simple door of understanding the preamble and (BILL OF RIGHTS). I have proven over a period of time, as a simple common sense mind, this is the way. Common consideration will bring us together. The Judicial System learns from an age old school of liars who twist and turn the rules and are blinded from the simplistic order of the law. You are dictators abusing the common good and origin of common law for personal gain. When I last filed my stance in this matter I explained that Akron bounty hunters came to my house with lies. They said they were friends of Brand Britton. I have known Brand since he was a young boy and understand his background and upbringing. I had posted his case on my web site (WWW.WTOREFORM.COM) for years, “The persecution of Brand Britton”. Since he knew something was going on that was wrong and didn’t report it, he was imprisoned for two and a half years and labeled a sexually oriented offender. He was forced to register his housing. A little girl of nine whose mother is a (crack whore) was mimicking her mothers’ behavior with a boy of eleven by drinking beer and smoking cigarettes and simulating sexual acts. The judge who sentenced Brand, on court record told the littlegirl it wasn’t her fault for her actions. Brand lived in a separate apartment and minded his own business. The mother was carrying on with Michael Callahan, who was once a judge. He had a fetish for this behavior and when another girl Mellisa Sublet threatened to expose their behavior, he had a girl ball bat her to death at a crack house and she got a little over two years in prison for this murder. Jim Murphy is a mentally incompetent judge. I say this because he once tried to say this about me because I stated that all judges were corrupt from top to bottom. He helped cover up the (Sublet Murder) by letting it set for a year. They gave Mike a lie detector test and said he was innocent of any wrong doing. Any pathological liar can pass this test. Another girl told Brand that Mike paid girls $350.00 - $700.00 to excrete their waste on his head. This was confirmed to me one morning when I confronted Ted Schneiderman, an Akron “judge” about this fact and he said “but he is not a judge anymore”. If it was not true, he would have said, “Where did you hear that crap?” Back to Murphy. Over a public action that drew much controversy and was illegally originated when I stated all judges were corrupt from top to bottom he had me illegally incarcerated in the Akron Work House for contempt of court! He said I would remain there until I purged myself of my attitude. I want liberty and justice for all, so in reality he gave me a life sentence for a 4th degree misdemeanor which carries a penalty of $250.00 fine or 30 days in jail. When that didn’t work he sent me to Fallsview Mental Health Center. He never asked me why I felt this way. Years before, I recognized Jimmy Carter as a good common leader. I established a communication through offering my assistance to his administration. Through that communication I received a reply through a surrogate that Jimmy would keep me in mind as plans progressed. Through a natural chain of events, four civil rights cases would evolve. In Federal Court I would receive a run around by Canton nurtured “federal judge”, Leroy Contie. Since he was giving me a run around I would write chief justice Warren Burger a request to help me gain a fair forum for my challenges. I would receive a reply from a surrogate that he could not help me with my cases! Supreme governs over inferior. I did not ask him for help with my cases. If you get a run around on top and bottom why wouldn’t I believe that all judges are corrupt from top to bottom? Jim Murphy never asked me why I believed this. “Reason is the rule of the law”. That makes him in fact incompetent. He recently imprisoned a fourteen year old girl. He was found illegal in this action. Secondly he used his position to deal with a personal matter which is highly improper. He has unjustly ruined the lives of many people over the years. Pat Cosgrove the judge in Brand Britton’s case and other judges in Akron knew that judges and attorneys were having sex with female escorts in a sting. “Cen – Tec operation” and refused to report this behavior while it was reported openly in a local press about the great injustice in this abuse of power. They knew this was wrong and didn’t bother to put themselves in prison for two years or better. This was sexually orientated behavior and they don’t report their where abouts. This is hypocritical rule and highly illegal. Canton has attached itself to all of Akron’s unconstitutional behavior by attaching itself to my challenges for justice. You are obstructing the path to world justice for all of humanity. You are the devils of deceit. A few years ago Brand’s brother was having difficulty in his home and went to stay at a Canton motel. By chance a Canadian reporter was lodging there. I talked with him at great length and he told me that he read my name twice in the Canadian news network that I was mentioned as a radical dissident. If I radically disagree with your dictatorial rule then this action will certainly prevail. You are my prisoners of truth and must answer for your obstruction of justice and crimes against the greatest rule ever conceived by men. I am the King of this World appointed by manifest destiny. Edward Tom Kiss September 28, 2006 Year of our God Reinbolt was scared from the Hannah Hill Murder Case by me according to Ted Schneiderman. (Retired Akron “Judge”) I had written the following letter to Richard Reinbolt who was going to take the Hannah Hill murder case. I took copy of literature confronting Akron over the Hannah Hill murder case to the Canton Courthouse along with the following letter. Richard Reinbolt: I believe you have been cast into a very bad position. Enclosed is a copy of part of my internet indictment on our judiciary system in general and the handling of the Hannah Hill Murder case in particular. I will keep investigating and revealing until the truth of this matter surfaces. Sincerely, Tom Kiss February 13, 2001 I would refuse to play court with these liars. I would be arrested and spend two weeks in jail until my friend bonded me out, so now I was forced to play because I could not cover my debt to my friend. I would have my friend Jerry drive me to court over the driving ticket. There I would come in contact with a “judge” Belden. A person that came from wealth and arrogance. It would be a most unusual confrontation. I should have recorded child support as the third set of laws destroying human happiness. I will bring this matter up at a later time. |
