Exhibit AOver the past several years I have used the May 4th commemoration events as a forum to communicate with the pubic. INTRODUCTION This was the last communication prepared for the Kent State Rally. When we went to Kent we were unable to catch up with the protest event. Fortunately this document highlights the initial events leading to a Stark County Challenge. To the Anti-war protesters of Kent State May 4th 2006 I Tom Kiss have been coming to Kent State commemoration and anti¬war protest since 2003. 1 use Kent as a forum. I got involved as a lone anti¬war, non-violent protestor because of Kent's historic effects on mine and other lives. The heart of our social problem rest with a society that allows arrogance to rule. To correct our society, we must first correct our court system. If we allow injustice to rule, we open the door for arrogant tyrants like George W. Bush to elevate. This criminal of the state would not exist if the truth ruled. Recently I have drawn the line over a minor traffic infringement. Case No. 0510790 is tied to a massive collective indictment collected within the Summit, Stark and Portage county judicial systems. I realized years ago that we have lost direction from our spiritual goals with a more perfect union. Our first assumption as Americans is that we are all sworn to justice, but because men of prominence position and privilege our system, our experiment has gone afoul. We have moved from a spiritual to a rriaterial concept, of leadership which is leading us to our destruction. By conscious and constitutional law I am responsible to serve the truth and by the same concept I am allowed to council others in the defense of themselves. There is no mention in the constitution of attorneys. Presented with this entry are credentials some posted on website www.wtoreform.com and others not yet posted. Today our principals have been distorted to protect selfish special interests. I came to the law as a simple-minded individual, seeking out its true purpose and meaning. The ideal in the preamble is our quest and anything practiced against it is unconstitutional. All illness, disease, misery and anger come from social injustice. When our sensibility is disrupted it disorientates the body and soul, causing disorientation in the spirit. We would not have this insane world if we all realized we all come from the same essence. The fact that we share records of history indicates our social and spiritual ties. To deny this common bond is ignorant. Ignorance comes from not understanding. When we are born, there is an essence within ourselves from the very beginning, a sense of justice. We have learned through the false values of this world to start to doubt what we realize in our innocence. The more we go against ourselves, our natural common essence, we become confused. In 1977 or 1978,1 would be asked to help a young friend involved in an alcohol and driving incident. Rick asked me to come because he respected my intellect. He didn't want his attorneys next to him. He didn't want his mother next to him; rather he wanted his intelligent friend next to him. I had never considered dealing with the court before, and had no idea how I would defend. I called for inner strength. The next day I went. The first judge I encountered was John Judge of Barberton. Tom Kiss of Uniontown vs. John Judge of Barberton. From the hip my spirit enforced the power of truth. I interrupted John by declaring I would get his frock for this. In the end they pulled the jury, he met with me in his back chambers, and I explained that jailing Rick would do no good. He needed educated on alcohol and driving. I shook up Rick's attorneys, the courthouse and left Rick with getting what I had requested. Then God would guide me onward to a full course in law and order by on the job training to where I understood the simplicity of our original ideal and the way back to the essence of law and order. Only a simple minded common man can envision this trail. It takes the right man at the right time for this to occur. Akron "judge" Ted Scheiderman introduced me to a young female prosecutor a few years ago. He said, "Tom was a constitutionalist fifteen years ahead of his time." I reminded Ted that I never used violence as a tool and he confirmed that to her. Nothing is ahead of its time. I am the right guy at the right time. Ted actually condemned his position because by law we are all supposed to be constitutionalists. Since I am common to all, and I understand the true rule of law, I have earned the right to my authority. We are a nation of the people of this world. We need to reform. When we correct our direction, we will lead the world to peace by example. We have lived with a rule of don't do as I do, do as I say and this rule creates resentment and rebellion. Rule by example will be the new world where I am king. This king only requests that once we change our direction that he will be able to fold back into the mass because all will follow their own conscience. A world of equal dignity, respect and love. My stance is grounded on the American ideal. We as a great powerful nation are like a great giant. 9-11 20011 came to the Barberton City courthouse on the request of a friend. That day, "judge" Michael McNulty would have me arrested because I would not stand for his contemptuous disrespect for the law. He abuses people because of disrespect for the truth. He gets drunk because he doesn't have respect for himself. He is abusive to the people that he is sworn to serve. He stole my money in the name of the law. When I bonded a person out of jail, I put that money I needed on the line because I was assured that I would get the bulk of it back. McNulty took that money with no consideration to me. The clerk's office tried to tell me he had a right to use it to pay fines. That money was not appropriated for that purpose. It hurt me in being responsible to other debts. What has happened to us is the fact that after the American revolutionary soldier agreed to our constitution the men of prominence, position and power started to turn and twist the rules. The whiskey rebellion is the prime example of this occurrence. Today, rules that people died to establish are totally distorted or disregarded. The court system is the heart of our social problem. Without fairness in justice, peace cannot be revealed. They have gotten away with this because they have killed the human heart, separated and subdued by the abuse of force with guns and "power and fear. They dictate laws not founded on truth or misinterpreted those that are. In challenging I have been questioned about my mental competence, because of the power of my position I have prevailed. They all go to law school and learn to distort the essence of the law for personal position and material gain. I came in the front door of simplicity and truth. I understand the essence of the law and they all have been distorted and abusive in the deception of the law. In the start of my Internet indictment I have a quote from Justice Frankfurter. (Judges don't serve the task of ordinary men.) How can they serve common law if they are not an ordinary person? I am the common man and they are all liars from top to bottom. Anyone that thinks they are better than others loses the vision of equality. I live my life serving others. I look to see the good in every living creature. I have questioned injustice my whole life. My conscience (my God tie) has always been with me. You know, that is true because you all tell people they Know better from- right from wrong when they do wrong. How can Michael McNulty have the power to evaluate others when he has no control over himself? How Can Michael Wygant let that lost soul punish others. How can I come to the courthouse when they all cover each other's lies and bring fear to our hearts? If I stood to honor them would be like them. How the ticket I received happened. I was trying to help a wayward child of God elevate his essence. In the city of Green, people throw away good usable items. Ed wanted to hunt through the trash to find the treasures. I went along trying to protect him against his own ignorant rebellion. I told Ed let's take my truck, which is bigger, licensed and insured. His rebellious nature demanded us to use his truck. It was getting late and we were unable to find anything of real use or value so we decided to go home. At that time we spotted a cruiser and Ed had himself in a foolish situation so I offered to take over because I am confident that my position is more powerful than theirs. I used my position for the love of a friend. Ed pulled over and I took over. Then the officer decided to pull us over. I had no idea that the plates on the truck were expired. I asked my agent when I got insurance that if I was covered on anything I drove and was assured that I was. Whether I was misunderstood or was misinformed, it doesn't really matter because the law that says you can insure a vehicle for liability is untrue. A vehicle is an inanimate object that cannot be responsible or liable because it is just a tool. Only the operator can be responsible because they mind the machine. The reason this deception prevails is because of greed because it allows the insurance companies to collect more money this way. It is not reasonable which makes it unconstitutional. The reason I did not respond to the courts dictates is because the judge is only allowed his judgeship while under good behavior. Michael McNulty has three Dui's and does not have control of himself which makes him unable to see the truth. He needs help. On 9-11 20011 refused to stand for his hypocritical, abusive power. He would find me in contempt of court and they would take me to the jail in the basement for a period of five days to serve a sentence of contempt of court. In truth I would not stand because he is contemptuous which makes him my accuser under the 6th amendment,We should have been appointed a new judge to first find out who was correct in their assumptions over the contempt charge. By his actions he proved he was a dictator. Once in the basement I was placed in a cell. The events of 9-11 2001 would start to unfold. After the first plane hit the building and the second struck, the police were so disorientated by the magnitude of the event that they declared that between seventy-five to one hundred thousands people were being killed. I could see by their reaction that they were connected to the great evil that we have become and wanted out of that building. Upstairs they would continue the trial of my friend without informing the jurors of the events of the day because the power of this action outweighed the power of that action. When I came to this realization, I realized the power of my position had been secured. That day I would be called back upstairs to be released because of the events of the day they would allow me to go home to be with my family. No other prisoners were released. Once I got into the courtroom, again I was asked to stand for McNulty. I started to refuse to stand, but because of the protest of a young fellow that wanted to go home and the court security officer who declared he would have to hold me up I agreed to stand for their sake but with my back to McNulty. In the end he would put his hand out in respect of my stand. Out of respect for his humility I returned my hand. In two days we would come back to the courthouse and everybody would be red-faced and could not look me in the eye. They were uneasy with my presence because I possessed the power of the law. There are three things that could happen here. They could have me killed which would make me a martyr, secondly they could jail me which would make them my prisoners through the strength of my spirit, and thirdly they could return my license and nullify this ticket. I owe the BMV nothing because they are criminal in nature. A few years back they were selling peoples identies, which is illegal and received no form of correction or punishment. They are not above the law either. As far as the ticket for no plates: that would be impossible for me to honor because it was not my truck and I should never have been ticketed for that reason. That ticket should have gone to the owner. Anyway you go I will prevail because I am the interpreter of the true law. I am the king of the new order. People of Kent spread the word about the power of the lone soldier of peace who will lead this world to peace and harmony. A common man, a simple man, a forgiving man who loves friend and foe alike because the old world of crime and punishment is soon to be replaced with the rule of love, compassion and forgiveness.
