Journal Entry Challenge 5: Indictment 1

We can inherit the whole world but lose our souls. Relatively this is true of an individual or a state.

We as a nation are materially rich but spiritually poor. We have lost sight of our dream goal of a more perfect union. When we refer to, we the people, we are talking about past, present, and future because beings are always being born and dying. Our nation was founded on a timeless concept.

People want to separate church and state but that’s like trying to separate body and soul. If the body is sick, the spirit is weak and if the spirit is sick, the body is weak.

The purest spiritual movement in mans history is the life of Jesus Christ. A man in mortal flesh intent upon a spiritual program based on common consideration. He called upon all of us to live within the framework of the truth. He faced the world with that power. He left an eternal example of life over death. Ahead of his time he was a true American. He promoted first and foremost justice. He found that sense of justice from his heart.

We profess to be tolerant of others spiritual beliefs but that should not come at the expense of our own values.

Today this is not a Christian nation. We are not living as Christ like beings and we are not at peace with one another. Our Pharisee’s are as deceptive today as they were two thousand years ago.

Today, knowledge abounds and the human spirit can be connected. Ignorance can be overpowered by wisdom.

If a person does not rule their kingdom with their heart, they then have a heartless kingdom. We are all kings of our own destiny.

As I expressed earlier in this indictment, that as a child I wanted to be good and understand the bad. The only way to understand was to experience. My only fear was could I regain my innocence? The answer is yes. If we do negative deeds we reap the rewards of them and the same is true of positive performance.

The understanding from this is positive action is the way to understanding and life.

I was taught that there was death. This is an illusion. We know today that atomically nothing ever ends, just changes. How we live and where we go is determined by the direction we take.

We are taught to look on each other as physical creatures. (Boy, girl, race, big, small, skinny, fat, ugly, beautiful.) Even our performance skills are determined by the machine in which we are born.

What equalizes us is our feelings. What hurts you, hurts me, and what hurts me, hurts you. Being sensitive to each other’s feelings is the only way to live harmoniously, herein rests our equality.

I was naturally sensitive to others feelings. Fate gave me a father that taught me about social rules.

On females, he told me that each female is someone’s mother or sister or daughter. What protected my basic innocence in dealing with females was a strong drive not to want to harm others lives, plus basic insecurity in myself helped me from being dominated by promiscuity. This world was constantly pulling me away from my natural love and innocence.

Others were constantly trying to get me to become part of the men’s club. I was taught to womanize in my heart. My innate love of others and the hand of God kept me from acting on perversions of the mind.

On materialism -  in spite of the fact that my father and mother and grandparents were materially in control, others taught me money and things were the goal in life. When others have and you don’t have the opportunity or means to have, you feel slighted. This can ignite a feeling of resentment and larceny. We all need material things to support our physical existence. The problem today is need is overpowered by want. This pollutes the spirit.

With all the evil thoughts this world taught me, considering some of my own behavior, I should be criminally prosecuted. Lyricist and minstrel Bob Dylan, once sang, “ If my taught dreams could be seen, they’d probably put my head in a guillotine”.

We need forgiveness in our social structure for we are criminalizing our populace. Today, traits that have been developed over years of social conditioning are being crucified by the same society that allowed these perversions to prevail.

On Terrorism

Because of my views, I have been able to foresee things. Not 100% accurate, but a mystical forecast of our reality. I knew because of our hypocritical ways we would have to deal with terrorism. I thought it would be of a foreign design but in this I was wrong. It is our own disgruntled populace who is using terrorism as a protest against injustice. Injustice for injustice, breeds injustice.

Case in point, violence in the workplace. As businesses and conglomerates grow in power and influence to the point where they deny the individual consideration, resentment builds. Even governing agencies fail to serve the common good.

Example in Ohio is handling of the natural gas crisis of the winter of 2000-2001 which inflated prices. Where was the public utility commission to warn against this impending doom that hurt the young and elderly most? They failed to warn or protect us.

Why didn’t the suppliers who charge for future exploration have some idea about the coming crisis. When you deregulate you’re supposed to spur competition, which is supposed to bring down prices. Also when you sell more of a product you’re supposed to decrease prices.

The great leader, Jimmy Carter, tried to enact a long-term energy policy. He wanted to look for alternate sources of energy for our homes and transportation needs twenty years ago. He built up oil reserves, which the next administration let deplete.

Banks, businesses, newspapers, are allowed to tread on our civil rights because they have money and influence.

Our insensitivity to others has caused the rise in disgruntled employees to act in vengeful ways because they feel helpless dealing with workplace injustices.

Terrorism in Schools

Children are now taking vengeance on one another because of our social insensitivities.

When I went to the University of Akron, in order to obtain my teaching certificate, I was required to teach at Copely Junior High.

In this setting, I viewed things from behind the scenes. In my class I had two students who I heard were experimenting with pills.

Rather than trying to understand their rebellion, the regular teachers belittled and denounced them. In my class both of these boys went from d’s to b’s. I treated them respectfully. Years later I heard the one student overdosed on drugs. Because I was a student teacher, I had very little influence over the other teachers’ attitudes towards these young rebels. Why didn’t these seasoned educators recognize that these boys needed love and understanding, not condemnation?

Even though I supposedly gave harder tests and got better results from the majority of the students than their regular teacher, I was down graded for not being a strong enough disciplinarian. When I left, one class I taught gave me a wooden paddle with flowers and hearts. I am proud to say it has never been used and will never be used as a weapon of punishment.

The teacher I taught under used a paddle in a brutal way. Definitely child-endangering and abuse. Years later I would find him working for the juvenile court system.

Medication - Drugs

Where have the pills that infiltrated our society come from? Doctors have the highest rate of drug abuse. Why do people want to escape this reality? Is it because it is not balanced and fair? Make things fair and equitable and who would want to escape reality?

Children live in a world where people are consumed by materialism. The importance of having things has become more important than guiding our children’s lives. They become so confused in this world of false value that their spirits are on fire. The teachers and doctors want them on medications to counteract their lost dispositions.

Pills for depression; pills for this and that, while all the while our diseases are caused by disrupted, confused spirits. Land of the lost is where we are because we are lost outside the laws of God and society.

Terrorism in the workplace, terrorism in the schools, we breed it by our unfair approach to punishment. Punishment should always be fair, never mean.

Some teachers will align with elitist students to denounce students whom they feel don’t fit in. I am not saying all teachers are guilty of unfair judgments, but I do believe this is true of many.

Columbine and Santana (recent school shootings) are just symptoms of an unfair society. George W. Bush recently condemned the shooting by young Andy Williams of Santana High as a cowardice act. This boy’s life was a torture and torment. He struck back in a vengeful manner. It was cowardice for those that picked on young Andy relentlessly. At least, even though harm to others is an ungodly act of protest, he had the courage to carry out his own vengeance.

Political terrorism took place when a group of radical isolationists in Waco, Texas tried to disassociate from the greater society.

The parent government handled that case in an extremely criminal manner. You have a group already disenfranchised and we tried to make them comply by force. Even though they had flaws in their own philosophy, they were tired of the hypocritical rule of their greater society. Militant force was sure to cause disaster. The immature way the ATF and government forces handled Waco was criminal. I have stopped many conflicts over the years through the use of wisdom and moral force to defuse irate behavior. Policing should be done in a considerate, honest manner. It’s the only way to lead a society to a peaceful coexistence. In any event, many lives were destroyed at Waco, including innocent children.

Timothy McVeigh saw these hypocrisies. He knew the government exonerated itself unjustly. To McVeigh, the governments attack on the compound violated cherished personal rights and also served as an example to justify leveling the Murray Federal Building in Oklahoma.

Yes, again children died. The innocent always do in these violent conflicts and he was not right in what he did, but neither is the way our government often handles things.

Now we want to kill Timothy McVeigh. Janet Reno (Attorney General during the Waco Davidian disaster) ends up on Saturday night live as a celebrity. Tim McVeigh must die.

We are the seeds of Rome. Tim McVeigh was a soldier of Rome. A highly dedicated soldier to the principle we cherish. Before ever hearing of a book about him, I tried to evaluate and understand why such a bright, young military man would perform such a heinous act.

People are complaining that he is being made into a martyr. I came to understand that his actions were a protest against our hypocrisies. Martyrs are made from such actions.

I am not condoning his violence but understanding can bring the changes that will eliminate people feeling that terrorism is a legitimate act of protest. (Eye for eye).

In Desert Storm we saw no sin in napalming a fully retreating Iraqi army. To burn to death possibly over one hundred thousand retreating soldiers was a cowardice act.

Yes, these people, like sheep, followed an ignorant militant. We are no better because we allow ignorant leaders to misrepresent our ideals yet we follow their lies.

On television I watched a film about Desert Storm. An apache helicopter blasted what we considered was an Iraqi tank. Our men cheered the destruction of others until they realized it was one of our own and then the mood changed. It is sick to find joy in destroying others to prove a point. These are still human beings, a part of our great family. We should love all living things and hate their destruction.

George Bush Senior would order the bombing of Baghdad to get the Iraqis to submit to our will. Over a half billion dollars worth of bombs in one night were used.

The following night Saddam Hussein would fire two scud missiles. One at Israel the other on Saudi Arabia. Basically two firecrackers compared to the arsenal we used.

Bush would declare Hussein one of the worst terrorists in the history of the world. George obviously doesn’t have a balanced view of the situation.

Since we are hypocrites, it hinders our ability to promote the greatest set of governing ideals conceived by men.

If Tim McVeigh used pinpoint accuracy in Iraq or if he had “collateral damage” we would pin a metal on him for being a war hero. Since he used military reasoning for protesting hypocrisy in our country, he is a villain. We are blind to our lies, which keep us from our true reality.

If vengeance is ours and not Gods, then I believe for the purity of the act that we should tie Tim to a stake wired with explosives. I believe that those that want vengeance should be placed within a safe distance of the explosion so they can have his blood and guts and gore splattered all over them so their desire can be complete.

I also believe that Christian George W. Bush, who feels eye for eye is the answer to criminal behavior, should muster enough courage to press the detonator so he can at least equal the courage of young Andy Williams (shooter at Santana High), who performed his own vengeful act.

On Gambling

I have gambled. I have observed the effects on others and myself. Gambling involves greed. Greed is an enemy to our spirit, plus it disrupts the general welfare. It is not conducive to social order.

We are at the height of folly. Gambling has always been considered a social ill. Today the church and state promote gambling as an accepted social practice. When the two pillars of our society, church and state, promotes gambling, it is self-incrimination of our corruption.

We live in a heartless society. Our judicial system operates from this level as expressed in the Justice Frankfurter quote at the start of this indictment. Compassion is weak and our spirit is low. We have a big body but that too is getting weak.

Since our lives are based on ideas I have represented, my position has strengthened over the years, I am king of myself, my community. This is my right by example. Since I represent the common person, I know of no position more powerful.

Dictate only causes rebellion, but we are still too ignorant to realize it. Infractions upon our civil liberties and rights have been part of our existence. They have continued to get worse over my lifetime. We continue to try to make each other obey. No one can liberate us. We can only liberate ourselves. Pure leadership by example is the only way to liberate the spirit. “ Ye without sin, cast the first stone”.

Personally I have policed others by absorbing their offenses and not returning meanness for meanness. In this manner people are forced to face their own behavior.

I was born into a very unique set of circumstances. The Akron abortion ordinance in 1978 brought attention to the constitutional protection of our posterity, a protection of life itself.  In the first part of this indictment I have an absolute argument that Roe Vs. Wade is unconstitutional.

Also, I was born in the chemistry of the 1970 Kent State tragedy. This was the only time a foreign encounter caused Americans to kill Americans on American soil. The National Guard was supposed to be a domestic protection; instead it became the protector of the corrupt American foreign policy. Many people joining the guard were trying to avoid Vietnam.

Since my last writing, criminal of the state James Rhodes died. I had always hoped he would face up to his war crimes. Rhodes was governor during the May 4th mayhem at Kent State University.

Living in this area. I knew that when he was state auditor some friends of mine were required to contribute to his campaign if they hoped to hold on to a state contract. No tangible proof, but I have no reason to doubt what I heard. This is typical of the abuse of power many have used over the years. I am sure others knew of this backroom type of politics of special interest and special favor.

His obvious crimes were done right under our noses.

He was a “fear campaigner” who misrepresented facts. He used his power and position to avoid open honest debate.

He was credited with building highways and buildings and infrastructure. Empires are first and foremost to serve the populous. Again, matter should not rule the spirit; rather the spirit should rule matter. He neglected the needy and weak.

He used his position to deceive, extort, and abuse the public trust, in the name of progress. Anyone in his way was bad, including people protesting an immoral and technically illegal conflict. People already upset were inflamed by Nixon’s escalating bombing of Cambodia. I was caught in the middle. I was against violence and the war, because I was born a passive person.

I had friends that were in the National Guard. I went to guard meetings. Often it was like a party. Times even porn movies were played. This was not a well-trained tight military operation. These were common men, often family men, an undisciplined task force.

At this time friends of mine were called out over a truckers strike, and were stationed at the Akron Rubber Bowl stadium. Doctors readily gave out diet pills. I was over weight, but I did not like what they did to my disposition. I gave these to a friend stationed at the Rubber Bowl. Several were smuggling in beer, pot, speed, and whatever else they chose to do.

A few days before May 4, 1970, they were supposed to disband and go back home. The men were not a happy group when Jim Rhodes reactivated them. They were angry, and who would that anger be directed at?

The protestors at Kent were angry at the change in the war. The guard was angry about their circumstance.

Govern implies the exercise of authority in controlling the actions of the members of a body politic and directing the affairs of state, and generally connotes as its purpose the maintenance of public order and the promotion of the common welfare.

Obviously Jim Rhodes didn’t realize the forces he dealt with.

In fact not understanding his two differing circumstances, he in sighted to riot by directing inflammatory insults towards those protesting an immoral war. “They’re worse than the brownshirts and the communist element and night riders and vigilantes”. “They are the worst type of people that we harbor in America”.

Rather than mediating a solution to this dilemma his arrogance and ignorance coordinated this tragedy. As he falsely attacked his opponents in the political arena, he did the same to the protestors. He was an ignorant man who refused acceptance for his failed human experience.

Today I hear men exalt his leadership and to me this only indicts them for their lack of understanding of pure open leadership. They justify the man because they possess the same ignorant disease.

Finally on this entry we have more speculation and assumption on the Hannah Hill murder.

Alan Ross, father of accused murderer Denny Ross has drawn attention to his role in this murder through his own behavior.

He has spared no expense to try to get his son the most high profile attorneys available. This is understandable because it is his son.

What bothers me is what Denny Ross has done over a period of time. First he is arrested for selling drugs. Also before this Ronny Hupp (the missing link) and himself burglarized a place. Why would a child from money need to rob? Then while involved in these messes, he commits a murder, according to Ronny Hupps version to his family. During the trial prosecutor Michael Callahan excludes Ronny Hupp from the proceeding.

Another juror said they couldn’t convict because they couldn’t place Ross at the scene of the murder.

Finally, Denny Ross, while involved with all the other problems, is accused of bribing a guard for drugs. If true, this paints a picture of a person that feels he can get away with almost everything, including murder.

A father trying to protect his son is one thing, but I have heard of warnings, threats, and bribes attributed to the power and influence of Alan Ross. This is what I have heard but this needs investigated. Who is this man of money and influence? How did he get it and why does his son believe he can get away with so much? Does Alan Ross have that much influence? These questions need to be answered to find the truth in this matter.

More questions have been raised by the behavior of father and son and it does not look good.

The first part of Final Challenge, Volume I was made into a protest pamphlet. It was mailed before Christmas to municipal and common pleas judges in Summit County. Editors of the Akron Beacon Journal were also sent copies, along with the mayor of Akron. I have heard nothing from these administrators of justice. Copies have since been taken to various policing agencies. No one has contacted me about what I know about this murder.

January 22, 2001, I mailed a letter to the mayor of Akron in reference to what I was reading about the handling of the Akron public school system. He was casting blame for a weak system and he said if they didn’t do something to correct matters, they should get the hell out of his way. He would later be quoted as saying he shouldn’t have said hell and then goes on to state, “were talking about the same damn kids”.

Here is a copy of the letter I wrote him:

January 22, 2001

Don Plusquellic,

You have a different perspective of yourself than your reality reflects. Recently you attack the Akron school system. You pointed the finger of blame for its failings.

You were originally a teacher, lawyer, councilman, and finally mayor. The longest standing mayor.

You travel the world mentoring to others on how to run a city. You are brazen, bold, and intimidating.

Your priorities have been a stadium, buildings, and poor land dealings. You are an empire builder. Empires are useless unless they serve the people.

As the longest standing mayor in Akron, being an educator, your last priority is education. The true value of a society is its citizenry. You have failed to fulfill your first position in civic work, the education of the young.

As you point the figure of blame, others offered to give you the authority to act, to lead.

The blame of the failings of the Akron education system is people who complain, have the power to influence but refuse to get the hell out of the way so others can do something to solve the dilemma. I am the great educator. I am working to educate the citizenry about the power of our position

You have pissed off educators, children, and parents. Creating division is not helping to solve the problem.

Canton administrators do not respect your approach.

The same “damn kids” you refer to are children. They are not things, rather unique individuals who deserve better than your approach.

Don, I will be protesting soon in Akron to display my unique power and influence. Please, for your sake, stay the hell out of my way.

Sincerely,

Tom Kiss

January 22, 2001

P.S. Included is my protest pamphlet. My printer got the sequence out of order when I mailed you the first copy. This is the revised booklet. All this and more is on www.wtoreform.com I also took copy of the revised edition to editors at the Beacon. All judges in the Summit County court system received the first booklet. No one has contacted me so I can help solve the murder case. It seems all obstruct justice.

Today I mailed copies to Cuyahoga Falls judges and Barberton. I will be a one-man protest in all these areas plus the University of Akron campus.

Next I would read that Michael Callahan, the prosecutor during the Hannah Hill case, who lost his bid for reelection to that post, would be given a seat on Summit County council. I would respond by taking council members the following letter on January 29, 2001.

Council members – I am indicting our societies misguided ways over the internet: www.wtoreform.com (World Truth Organization).

There is a case presented over the councils handling of the Project 91 sewer in the John Morgan tenure presently on my web site .

Today you sit with a criminal of the state. Michael Callahan is a man of low integrity.

The sublet case – why was it dealt with as it was? Any common citizen would never have had the time and privilege to obstruct the investigation of this murder. His denial has little impact because he is a proven liar.

Jane Bond and Michael Callahan obstructed the prosecution of the centec operation. They have used their positions to obstruct the handling of the Hannah Hill murder case.

Summit County keeps sweeping their filth under the carpet but the carpet is bulging. I intend, with the help of the people, to remove the carpet. The truth always prevails in the end.

Tom Kiss

January 29, 2001

Mention of a murder was about a prostitute who supposedly did cocaine and had sex with Michael Callahan. She would end up murdered after she told an investigator about this affair. His case would sit for a long time, probably to let attention subside. It was a suspicious circumstance that never satisfied myself or others aware of it.

Two days later on January 31, I arrived home from a job to find two Akron detectives waiting for me in my driveway. They introduced themselves and I asked them in. I told them I wondered when someone was going to come talk to me. It has been over twenty years I have been challenging and this is the first time anyone came to talk to me.

They would tell me they were investigating the intent of my letter to the mayor. The Callahan message was never mentioned. I told them I have no animosities towards anyone. I do not necessarily like their behavior. I know non-violence is the way to a peaceful world. They asked me about a previous letter to the mayor about the prior police chief. My position on that was mentioned in the www.wtoreform.com pamphlet of which I noticed they had a copy in their folder. These men didn’t want to talk about the Hannah Hill murder.

They didn’t come because of my letter to the mayor; they were there to check me out.

We were very cordial with each other. I showed them my protest shirts and caps and told them I would let them know where and when I would be protesting. There was a black and white detective together. I don’t recall their names but they said they would send me one of their cards in the mail so I could keep in touch with them. I have not heard from them since.

No judge in Akron would take this case (the Hannah Hill case). No prosecutor wants to handle it. Finally Thomas Moyer (chief justice of Ohio supreme court) would appoint a Canton judge, Richard Reinbold Jr. to the case.

I felt it only fair to warn Richard Reinbold Jr. what he had gotten himself into. The morning of February 23, I delivered the following letter plus a copy of the protest pamphlet to his office.

Richard Reinbold Jr.,

I believe you have been cast into a very bad situation. Enclosed is a copy of part of my internet indictment on our judicial system in general and the Hannah Hill murder case in particular. I will keep investigating and revealing until the truth of the matter surfaces.

Sincerely,

Tom Kiss

Feb. 23, 2001

P.S. got any questions call me

Within two hours after delivering it, I got a call from the sergeant in charge of the courthouse security. I told him what I knew about the Hannah Hill murder case and told him to call me if he needed anything else. I never heard from him after that..

March 14, 2001, an article appeared in the Akron Beacon Journal excusing Richard Reinbold Jr. from the case.

March 15, I sent the following letter to ex-president Jimmy Carter.

Jimmy,

From point a to point b has a whole lot of variables in between. Enclosed is a protest pamphlet, the content of which is on my web site: www.wtoreform.com.

This reform movement will need wise leadership. I am hopeful that you will take an active role in governing. In fact I have been banking on that assumption.

The matter in the pamphlet, none of the local judges and prosecutors wants to handle. A Uniontown police officer, who has respected me over the years, recently informed me that Akron police have called about me on several occasions to check on my m.o.

He told me “God bless you” and told me he has always said I was a man on a mission. It is our mission. I will soon update my site. My address is still 3662 Edison St. N.W., Uniontown Ohio 44685.

Hope to hear from you soon,

Tom Kiss

March 15, 2001

My next move after getting this information secured on my web site will be to protest this matter at the University of Akron campus. I also mailed a letter to Luis Proenza (president of the University of Akron) with my phone number if he wished to contact me. I have not heard from him.

A sergeant in charge of campus security would eventually contact me. I would go to his office on campus and he would be receptive to my viewpoint. He even told me I could protest on the campus. He let me use one of their parking spots but warned me apathy was high at the school.

When I finally came to protest, I wore a cap and shirt which had my website and "Spirit Man Tom Kiss" printed on them. People walked by me like I was a tree. I didn't stay long.

More situations of corruption within Akron and Summit county will soon be added to this indictment.
Another Story...
A friend came by with a problem had at his apartment complex in Copley, Ohio. After reviewing the circumstance I offered to help him secure an attorney recommended by a retired judge he did work for. After a short period of time I wrote the following presentation to secure our position since I realized we were facing resistance.
