WTO Reform September 9, 2001

My life, liberty, and happiness has never been acknowledged. (A dream guarantee.)

I live in a house I cannot finish because the turbulence of my world keeps me constantly enslaved by idiocy.

No justice makes me constantly defending the defenseless. I am a servant but this world tries to keep me a slave.

The reason I haven’t been back to this website is my internet server has had his life filled with interruption.

My typist, his daughter, has had her own confusions to deal with. This has left me in limbo. For whatever reason God has subdued the Hanna Hill murder case. A case has been reopened by police in reference to a supposed suicide related to the murder case. I feel the truths I have presented have influenced these developments.

I had recently gone to court over a zoning issue in reference to a partially burnt structure.

The “judge” in this matter was Ted Schneiderman of Summit County. Ted and I date way back to the day when I stopped the court of now deceased Evan Reed.

An Akron Beacon article at that time read, “judges problem, Kiss won’t kiss off”

That lead to a trial where I was challenging the corruption and I allowed Ted to judge my efforts. At that time he found me innocent.

So at the end of the zoning matter we talked. I mentioned the Hanna Hill murder case. He said he didn’t know much about it.

I mentioned Richard Reinbold, the Canton “judge” who took himself off the case. Ted said in reference to me that, “ You scared him off the case,” of which I knew but he confirmed.

What I find interesting about this statement was when I first came to Ted with a copy of my first challenge to the courts on the federal level, he was not even aware of the potential of the internet. He told me at that time that he did not use the computer, that his wife did.

A few times later when I saw him, he told me how the protest in Seattle was coordinated through the use of the internet. I had opened his mind to this tool of the mass communication.

At the last court, his mind is now on my web site. He asked me when am I going to finish my last chapter, and I said we haven’t got there yet.

I do not want to be mean to people, even though I feel they have been mean to me. I want to love them and forgive them so they too can find happiness, which I want for everyone.

When I have been hurt it makes me want to hurt back, but that is my ignorant self, my little self. My big self is tied to everyone. My big self can only be fulfilled through love.

I have a friend I care about. He has had abuse from this world all his life. He is not a bad person.

He would have an altercation at his apartment complex. He would be punched by another tenant, and have a tooth knocked out. Later the guy would wait and sucker punch him again. This time he would be knocked out. For days afterward, his thoughts would not be clear. More than likely he had a concussion. This would cause him to act irrationally. The police would even tell his attorney they thought he had a mental problem. He would come to me for advice. I knew he did work for retired “judge” Bill Pike. He would call the judge who would refer him to Carmen Roberto, an attorney. The old “judge” would call him a good attorney, but good means an attorney who can work a deal.

Carmen would ask Jerry for $1500.00 to handle his case. An extreme amount of money for a struggling, working man, but I assured him it would be cheaper to pay it to take care of his case.

As the case went on, I could see Carmen was not handling the case as the money he paid dictated. He did no more than an average court appointed attorney. He requested another thousand dollars for doing very little. I told Jerry that enough was enough and I would take the matter over.

I would write the court the following letter:

Michael McNulty,

I have been observing your courtroom for years. You are not a humane man. Your cold approach to the law makes you an enemy of the state.

I have a friend I have known for years. His life has not been easy. His insights into his true reality have been clouded by his tortures.

At the age of seven his father took his life in front of him. (I was wrong in the fact that his father did not do this in his presence). His need of a good male figure has directed him into my path.

He married ignorantly, not meaning any harm, but when his relationship with the mother of his children broke off, he has struggled in anyway he can to help his children.

They are meek and kind and somewhere through the turmoil’s of their life, they have taken on a passive, kind spirit.

Their father has always given away too much free work to unappreciative, greedy benefactors.

Everyone wants as much as they can get without realizing the loss to the opposite parties life. He is a working class hero with little to show for it but pride in his work and many burdens and miseries. To offset the latter a man drinks a brew or takes a toke. This has been the story of the working peasant.

Once he was doing customized carpentry for a major commercial businessman. He worked there for a minimal fee. They allowed him to bring his miniature collie to work. They had two rather large hunting dogs of a rare breed. They attack his small dog. Not having time to do anything but reach in between these beasts from tearing his dog apart, he came up with his dog and fourteen dog bites.

These aristocrats (who owned these dogs) showed little concern for his injuries. They never offered him medical attention. He is struggling without healthcare so he had to self-heal. I imagine they felt if they gave an inch, using their own greed as a gauge, he might want more.

He cared about these people. He put a piece of his heart in their home, but they didn’t care. He goes home to relax. He drinks a beer to ease the pain.

I have many more stories of people using his good nature over the years.

Then he has an uproar over a tenant at the apartment complex where he lives. The guy physically attacks him because he warns the guy over his bulling tactics. The guy punches him and knocks a tooth out. Out of fear for his safety and not thinking clearly, he drives to the local police station. (Who in their right mind, drinking any alcohol, would drive under today’s standards to a police station, unless they feared for their safety and well being?) Assault and battery is a far greater crime than D.U.I.

The police investigated, but never attempted to prosecute his perpetrator. They questioned the guys’ girlfriend and, on her word, dropped this issue. If it was her he beat, no one would take her word. Fortunately through a natural chain of events, the guy went back to jail over a parole violation. If the police fail to defend our rights, why should they have the right to punish? To have the right to the power of the state, one must be fair.

My friend worked for a retired “judge”. I told him to call him and see who might help him out of this mess. I would loan him the money after the “judge” referred him to a “good” attorney. The attorney accepted $1500.00.

I have found people who used this attorney. One in particular got out of eight D.U.I.’s in the Barberton court system. This is a great deal of money for a D.U.I. case so we expect a good deal from this attorney.

I just recently went to Summit County over a zoning problem in front of Ted Schneiderman. The police in Akron saw how the judges in Akron reacted to my position.

No one wants to see me in Summit County jail. I will draw too much attention to the Hanna Hill murder case. I have left you all literature about this matter, yet none of you sworn to justice will even talk about this case. I will bet my position against yours any day.

Jerry Allen does not need any more pain or hardship in his life. Jerry drank at home because of the miseries of his existence, brought on by the hypocrisies of a society of which you are an active problem creator. You are prejudicial because you fail to face your evil.

An extreme situation caused Jerry to leave his nest. Police mentioned they thought Jerry had psychological problems.  Why did they leave him unattended in their station if they felt him a threat or problem?

Carmen Roberto, who I mentioned got a Chrysler employee out of numerous D.U.I.’s, has a reputation for working deals in Barberton, plea-bargaining or leniency for money.

You, as a “judge” on the records, lecture people about their evils, yet behind the scenes you work your deals. This is criminal because you sell out morals for money.

You will do what you will with this case, but read about it on my web site. Ted Schneiderman was wondering when I would finish my final chapter in Vol. 1. I told him we have not gotten there yet.

Sincerely,

Tom Kiss

Aug. 23, 2001

Obviously Michael McNulty feels he is above rules. A dictator in his own mind. When Jerry had Carmen Roberto removed from the case, Carmen told Jerry he had a copy of the letter I left McNulty. They continue to proceed with this evil. Jerry said Carmen was very nervous when telling him about the letter. He acted like the cat that swallowed the canary.

September 4, 2001, I again sent a certified letter to Michael McNulty, a warped minded individual.

Sept. 4. 2001

Michael McNulty.

Tues September 11th I will come to represent Jerry Allen. Sixth Amendment allows us counsel for our defense. It does not state that counsel be an attorney.

According to the constitution judges are guaranteed their judgeship while under good behavior.

You are mean and cruel and lack compassion. Years ago you stole my money in the name of the law. I had bailed an individual out of jail. Without my knowledge or acceptance, his fine money was taken out of my bail money. To take something from someone without their approval is nothing more than thievery.

Also the way you and attorneys make deals is not just. It is legal stealing.

Your lack of morals does not make you a good man or judge.

This leaves you with two options in reference to the Jerry Allen matter. Have me jailed because I won’t bend to your lies or else get Carmen to call Jerry and work an out-of-court deal before the 11th. Whether it’s this court or the Hanna Hill deal, the world will acknowledge my position.

Tom Kiss

On the 11th of September I will face this mean minded individual and let him have me arrested. If he finds me in contempt of court for calling out his contemptuous behavior, then he becomes my accuser, and under Amendment VI to our “Bill of Rights” he has to face me in a court of law. The courts will then have to provide me with a fair-minded mediator or judge. Since our system is abused, they cannot do this. I am in charge. I am where the power of the state comes from. I am the king of this kingdom.

September 9, 2001

September 11, 2001, I would go to help Jerry defend himself in court.

Knowing Michael McNulty is an abuser of his power, I would refuse to stand for his entrance into the courtroom. Court personal would try to get me to comply with their lie, but how can I stand to honor a man that is not honorable? Finally they were aware I would not submit to their dictate. I would be arrested and taken down stairs to be booked for contempt of court. Michael McNulty is the one that abuses his position and all bow to his lies. I would be given five days for contempt of court in the jail at the Barberton courthouse.

Since I am not the usual prisoner, I would arouse controversy within this small court empire. My controversy would soon be dwarfed by the panic disposition that this courthouse would take on by the attacks on the twin towers in New York City. Since this courthouse is attached to the great evil, fear and uncertainty would saturate to this small courthouse. The guards would tell us that between one to two hundred thousand people might have been killed.

Meanwhile, upstairs, Jerry would be forced to defend himself without the assistance of his counsel and the jury would not be informed of the attacks on our nation, or why Jerry did not have counsel.

Getting this trial over was more important than the safety of the jurors.

After the trial was over and Jerry was denied his constitutional right to a fair trial and counsel, I would be released. Probably about two hours after I was incarcerated they no longer wanted my spirit around.

When I went back upstairs they again wanted me to stand for Michael McNulty. Since I knew all were shook up I told them for their benefit I would stand, but I wouldn’t look at him. When he entered the courtroom I had my back to him. He knew I did not respect him.

In the end, in front of his personal, he offered me his hand. Since I do not hate anyone and this was a show of humility, I shook his hand. I feel sorry for Mike (the judge) because he can use his power to bully and abuse, but this does not bring him love. He is a very sad character. He hurts so many people’s lives and he pays for this in pain.

September 18th, I received the following paper from Barberton Municipal Courts:
No one else was released that day and they did not worry about the jury, so they make me feel special. Jerry was hit and had a tooth knocked out. Later the guy would hit him and knock him out. Out of fear he drove for help and in the end he would be punished. We would pay all the fines and reinstatement fees. Jerry still had to pay for a three-day school. This case is not over yet.

Final Social Issues

Basic (Ecological Concerns)

Living in great ignorance, we forget the simplicity of life. Air, water, food and shelter are the basics of material existence.

When I bought my shelter in Uniontown, Ohio, part of the attractiveness of the deal was an independent water system. That is what I had when my dream started.

Uncontrolled materialism is destroying our lives. We all need things for survival. Matter or things should never control the spirit. When the quest for things occupies our beings, our respect of one another diminishes. The ideal of materialism is to promote the general welfare by limiting our desires and sharing the wealth so all have and are safe and content.

In the process of uncontrolled materialism, desire extends way beyond need and greed disconnects the spirit from loving and sharing and being responsible to others. Prolonged human happiness cannot be found in this state.

Charlie Kittinger and the Uniontown landfill:

In the late sixties and the early seventies I was an independent fencing contractor. (Through this work I experienced being in the middle of barriers.) I would go to the Industrial Excess Landfill in Uniontown to see the owner about a fence at the landfill. (His daughter had been in my class in high school.) Through the fence job I started winter work for the Kittinger operation. This relationship would tie me to the Kittingers as a friend and it gave me a first hand view of the lack of concern by industry to deal with its waste. Our nation is presently the most wasteful, gluttonous civilization in the history of the world. Through the years, while employed by the Kittingers, I would end up in the bowels of industry; I experienced first hand their irresponsible disposition towards the by-product of their product creation.

In 1980 we had accumulated a mass of barrels with industrial waste on a property owned by the Kittinger operation. It was Goodyear's mess, yet they refused to act responsibly to help us process the mess. It was the intervention of the EPA that finally got Goodyear to begrudgingly deal with this situation.

Knowing what I was doing, I wrote the chairman of the board of Goodyear an extensive disciplinary commentary as to their lack of responsibility for their by-product and the mismanagement of their corporation. Exhibit A (Letter to Charles Pilliod): A response by a surrogate was sent to try to pacify my attitude but only confirmed my disposition. In exhibits B, C, and D I documented all responses through Jimmy Carter.

Today a creation of uncontrolled concern for future growth and safety, the Uniontown landfill exists. I had just found out after all these years that Charles Kittinger only bought a used up sand and gravel pit to haul in fly ash (a non-toxic by-product of coal burning). It was the government that initiated the Industrial Excess Landfill. The landfill was not Charlie’s original intent. Charlie did not want involved but it became a monster that devoured his life.

A letter from the trustees to assure me the landfill is safe came in the mail recently --Exhibit E: . I came to realize that trustee Sue Ruley, who issued the first zoning permit on the landfill, is the same Sue Ruley that assures the citizens of the area that there is no danger in the present state of the landfill. The same Sue Ruley that watches the building of new homes just south east of the landfill. The landfill is on a gravel run. I know when I hauled industrial waste we were allowed to put stuff where I did not think it was wise, but I was just the dumb barrel hauler. (Do or don’t work.)

I know my friend worked for Hyman Budoff. Hyman is a highly materialistic man, intent on always proving his cleverness over others. Hyman would become Charlie's partner and finally drove Charlie out of the operation. My friend, John, worked and drove for Hyman when he owned the landfill. John said 85% to 90% of his loads went to the Akron landfill, but questionable loads were brought to Uniontown and were immediately buried. I know, without a doubt, by common sense that a landfill on a gravel run will always seep and pollute. Gravity and water movement insures this to be true. This landfill was ill conceived and should be moved but corruption and greed obstruct wisdom.

The reason I laid dormant on the landfill issue for years was I had already found that people would rather cry and moan and beg the corruption that exists rather than face the real issue. People should not have to beg for justice. I should not have used my life to fight injustice, I truly don’t like arguing or fighting but this deceptive world leaves me no choice.

I found from my struggles that most people cower to injustice as they had in the Project 91 issue. I know the landfill circumstance would fall to the same blight if I raised issue at the wrong time.

What activated me to challenge at this time? An article would appear in the Akron Beacon Journal about a man claiming that stainless steel capsules had been buried in the Uniontown landfill containing radioactive waste. The man was none other than former owner and my friend Charlie Kittinger. (Exhibit F) I knew Charlie was standing alone and needed some backing.. I had people say they would stand with me but they didn’t. I also recognized the citizen group fighting the landfill cover-up would at least bolster Charlie’s position till I can help exonerate him. Years ago if I tried to unite Charlie with them they would not have understood his position, but today it is to both parties advantage to unite and that is what I did for them. People I have talked to could not see why he would lie about the capsules.

In a letter to the public Sue Ruley would assure the township that the landfill was not an eminent threat to their safety and well being. Other then her and Charlie’s name was an ivory tower judges name. What the agencies of government would conclude would be tainted by the fact that the government originated the problem. (Exhibit E)

The real issue is whether Sue or Charlie is telling the truth. No high cost or special reports were necessary if only they would have had Charlie take a backhoe and dig up the capsules if his memory is correct. (Three, four, or five hours work at the most.) Is everyone afraid for Charlie’s safety? They sure weren’t when we worked with everyone’s waste from our so-called advanced technological society years ago.

When I went to see Charlie when the newspaper came out he was not home so I talked first to his wife. They first got trapped in the landfill deal. No one wanted to look for better ways. Charlie always had new ideas about dealing with the waste but no one wanted to pay. Everyone looked for the cheap; easy ways out and in the end they persecuted Charlie. Years of courts and time and money and finally it had come to an end. She told her husband why do you want to mention eggs at this time? Charlie told her if he is a Christian, he has no other choice. Driven by awareness and conscience he spoke up.

I have no doubt on Charlie’s word. So many lies by industry and government and in the end they try to blame it all on the individual or weakest leak. Pollutants dumped in places no one is aware of. We are trying to kill ourselves and our future with our incessant appetite for things.

Russ Lutton, the person in charge of the Goodyear barrel operation at that time, once said, “we don’t know what to do with this stuff, let alone to deal with nuclear waste.” This makes the Uniontown situation unique in that we are talking industrial and atomic waste located in a densely populated area with a movable base. Not good. Animals are smart not to excrete waste where they lay.

My water supply is in jeopardy. Toxic pollutants are right around the corner from my home. I worked it. I saw it. I know it. My life, liberty, happiness, property, and health are in jeopardy. This is not the state of America our constitution envisions.

Government and industry created the mess in my area. Why would a court of the corruption do what is right by the people of Uniontown? Why would Sue Ruley admit to her mistakes? It is easier to close their minds

I have to live here. I want my rights upheld. I have known for some time that the landfill is wrong, but it just was not my time to raise issue. I have been living a precarious life style because of my beliefs I was unable to pay for the water system in front of my house at the time it was installed. Since I was living poor the cost was abated to my taxes. This will now run over twenty thousand dollars. Still I am not hooked to the system. My society had continually thrown me backwards because of my beliefs.

Faith has allowed me to work my way out of debt, but I still feel the general population owes me a water system out of the general funds. It was poor government planning which allowed uncontrolled industrial greed to blind themselves from the responsibility of their actions. A bandage approach does not cure a problem of this nature. I say the landfill was ill conceived. Too many suspicious loads were hauled into a volatile situation. For the love of life and posterity it is imperative that we realign ourselves with our reality. We have taken Gods natural garden, the only place we have to dwell and allowed ourselves to disregard the privilege of living on Gods green earth. We say God bless America and so He should but this is not the America that God can bless. It is our ungodly standards, which left unchecked, will lead to our destruction. Out leader now is a man of matter. He favors industry and profit above accountability for how that profit is made. This is not a good circumstance. Uncontrolled industry has proven time and again they will taint their values for profit.

We need to draw a line at Uniontown. The destruction we fear from others is minimal compared to how we are destroying ourselves.

The April 10, 2002 update on this issue would be that John Manos “judge” who exhibited he is a liar and enemy of the truth would demand Chris Borello turn over her evidence to the courts. She has been a dedicated leader of the protest against the Uniontown cover-up from the beginning. This would be giving the enemy your evidence. That’s how corruption uses the abuse of power to protect their lies. They get your position and twist it to fit their needs.

This demonstrates the truth has them on the run.

The Hannah Hill Murder Conspiracy
